We do not accept cancellations as a result of shipping damage. Instead, we will provide a download link.
If we cannot process your request due technical reasons, our negligence or other fault then you will get your money back within 5 days.

Our products are guaranteed to work under specified conditions. We do not accept any claims related to unsupported hardware or software.
