2. Who can use these repair manuals?

Generally they are meant for skilled repair personnel only. Some special knowledge required but of course they are written by people for people so everyone would understand the content.

3. I can't find the installer on CD. Where is it?

You can use manual directly from the CD provided (or from unzipped archive). No installation is necessary.

4. Why can't I see any strings in the PDF files?

You must install the Adobe Acrobat Reader and Japanese language pack for it. Just follow the guide included with manual. All EWD diagrams are translated from Japanese, but the installation is still necessary.

5. Tell me about hardware and software requirements.

You must use:
- Windows XP, Vista, 7, 10
- Internet Explorer
You must install:
- East Asian language support for operation system
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 or X and Japanese language pack
For AHR20 manual you may want to install Adobe SVG viewer 3 or higher.
Hardware requirements include CD drive only.

6. What kind of software are these manuals?

They are HTML files with images and embedded PDFs.

7. About translation process. Do you change the articles during translation?

No. We do as little changes as we can. We try to be very close to the original Japanese repair manual in everything possible.
